Had I known before-hand about the MASSIVE bug problem, I would NOT have moved in, let alone sign a 15 month lease! I was afraid to sleep for the first month. They're chewing up my child, and I have to get rid of all of the wood in my house and resort to plastic drawers for storage. The termites are starting to eat my son's clothes! They say they'll spray and they don't. You have to remind them every week!!! My dishwasher hasn't worked right since I moved in and I've had repeated calls to them! It doesn't wash my dishes and leaves dirt and sand behind... and I PRE-RINSE them before putting them into the dishwasher!!! The $400 pet fee is too high and is non-refundable, but it is for up to two pets. U have to make sure they have all of their shots and u have to provide a photo of ur pet (I've never been anywhere before that does this). I was wondering if they were gonna need my shot records too! Oh, and they wait until AFTER you've left a deposit to tell you you're required to buy renters insurance. They don't give u the opportunity to budget for it before moving in. Extended cable is part of rent' They itemize it, so it's not "free" as implied and neither is trash pick-up. If u have an upgraded plan (digital cable0 that you pay Brighthouse separately for, it seems you're paying twice for cable. I dodged a bullet with this place and I truly feel for everyone who lives there. It sounds absolutely horrible.

I to am amazed that this place doesnt care for their residents words are cheap action is what matters please people if you care about your family get out know because when something happens to one of your family members or one of your pets theirs noone to blame except yourself.

I literally had a swarm of bees build a nest outside my door ready to attack. I have spiders hanging from the outside of my door and they always find their way inside my home. The stove malfunctioned so many times and I had to call for maintenance several times for that and my dish washer that still doesn't work properly. I really wish I would have looked around more before I decided on Camden Lakes, I recommned this apartment complex to nobody.
