WE enjoyed the first two years there as camden, it was going through transition of buying the property. after that things really started going down hill. they charge for the excercise room, they took out the nice benches by the ponds to sit , they took out the picnic tables, nothing was wrong with them because we ask they just wanted to take them out because they could. also kept raising the prices in the laundry rooms. put in a security gates to detour crime and what happens a few monthes later they take them out just because the cops was chasing a stolen car and the car ran through the winn-dixie side gate and put a little dent in it,just because was their answer. Things are not kept up especially maint. a quick fix its just because. they started the valet trash which noone wanted and I mean noone. they said people wanted it no they didnt it was just because. the bugs were getting bad not in our building because we done our own spraying. also they brought in the cable which the residents didnt want, maybe some did but none we have talk to, which was an inconvience because now we had to pay two cable bills one to brighthouse and one to camden, you see everything camden does is just because. and when they put in the place to take your dogs to poop in a low line area where water lies and mosquito heaven. another one of camden high paying official bright ideals. you see alot of you are new to camden but granted you will learn. believe these reviews trust me they are true. we go there and visit a friend that we still have there and we just cant believe how bad the place is going downhill. they come up with these stupid fines and stupid ideals anything to make a buck, especially the water bill ours fluctuated monthly it would jump back and forth so much we took it to the office what did they say, we arent in charge of that, but yet they can put charges on it theirself and fines, another fine example of camden lakes. remember as residents you do have rights dont let camden take control of your living, I know some care but we know some people dont give a hoot. please donot live here you will regret it mark my word. so for camden you should be ashamed of yourself the way you treat people and dribble at their pocket books. I noticed the sign out in front of the office saying RATED IN THE Business Journal best places to work. It might be the best place to work (NOT) it sure is at the bottom of best places to live.
