the maintenance people do not knock, do not attempt to call you when they are comin. they simply walk into your house unannounce like they own the place, its very disturbing and very unappreciated. if i would have known the -------- that goes on in camden with the break-ins and the lack of management up front i would have never moved in. the only good part is the prices, and you get what you pay for.

josh I agree I tell you this it happened to me one time I was in the shower and I had a maintenace guy while I was in the shower come in. I tell you what if that was my wife in the shower I would of knocked the crap out of that maintenance man. I yelled down and sais who was there and they better respond or I was going to shoot them and trust me I would of shot them dead if they wouldnt of yelled out, they think they own everyone there. they are only aloud in the apartment for an emergency nothing else unless you put in an service order and they have to work around it. you see thats one thing camden thinks they know it all but if someone would ever sue th buts off of them and seriously doit, I would sure be a character witness on their part, because noone shoul be treated like camden treats their people. stand tall and dont let them have control. you have rights

Josh, be patient and be prepare to leave whenever you can. That situation won't improve. That happened to me and I complained about it, then they kept going because cigarrette smoke was coming to my apt (they never fix it), but they knocked the door really hard every time they showed up just to bother you. I gave the same respect I was getting from this people. I left the place long ago & I recommend you to do the same asap.
