I lived at Camden Lakes for 6 months. I wouldn't wish that filthy place on my enemy. My apartments roof leaked the entire time i lived there. In both bedrooms and the living room. We had horrible mold in both of the bedroom and around the AC vents. I am in the process of filing claims with the BBB, EAP, as well as in Landlord/Tenant courts to dispute my "breaking lease" fee. Apparently, no matter how many times you call to complain or ask to be moved to a different building, it's not enough. Camden believes tenants should be forced to live in sub-standard and hazardous conditions. Any one who likes mold, rotting wood, and a management company that tries to bleed you for every dime will love it.
(I gave poor marks for parking and noise to bring their overall score down. They are two of the pros at this complex. However, I want to prevent as many people as possible from going through what I am.)

Yes manipulating scores to prove a point. That's real mature. I have been here since October of last year and have no problems with mold or staff. Every time I have dealt with the staff they were very helpful and nice.

Stephanie..I have lived here for one year, and you are 100% right the staff does not care. These places are very poor living conditions. Mold all around my windows and walls they dont care. This place would be shut down if the right people knew what was going on here. Also i am non smoker you can smell nicotine seeping thru the walls because everyone smokes in there apartment. Kids are partying all thru the night screaming loud at 3am. Crime here every day!!!...PEOPLE STAW AWAY THIS PLACE IS A LIVING HELL!!!!!

I told you all the man is right when it comes to the mold issues. logic slayer your must suck up to camden or your moral and ethics of living are way below standards. you might even office staff trying to upgrade the percentage rate for camden who knows. all I know unless your blind camden has had been a slum landlord company who does not care about their residents or their health, so if anyone stays its your own fault and noone elses, believe me the renting standards at camden are come on in crime we have an open door policy.
