my wife and i have been living at camden lakes for almost 3 years..our lease is up and we are moving out..it has gotten noisy in the last 6 months, our cars got keyed as did our neighbors car.. and there has been some break-ins in the area, so much so that management has recently introduced a crimewatch at camden lakes..we had good experiences with the office staff and maint. was very prompt. including the on -call guy. but alas, i feel that they have lowered their reqs. for renting there and as a result they are getting a rowdy element. although the office insists thier policies are the same'' the grounds are nice, there are ducks, other birds and even otters, but its time for us to move out
