I completed the review below before writing this and afterwards, it doesn't seem like this is a very special place but it is. It is reasonably priced and has a great location, right on Tampa Bay/Gulf of Mexico with a spectacular view of the Sunshine Skyway. It is NOT a high priced, fancy, gas grill, jacuzzi, tennis court type of place. It is a 55+ commuunity(80%) and is mostly quiet and safe in a totally walled/guard gated community.
