wonderful place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We think nothing beats this place for beauty, safety, quiet, very responsive maintenance, and a wonderful administration. We were at Waterside Village on Coquina Key, and left due to mold and toxic fume poisoning, and were welcomed here by a very kind and caring staff. Many tenants have lived here for ten, twenty, and more years!
