Carlton Arms Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This apartment complex is the worst that I have ever lived in!! The leasing office has the most terrible employees. They do not give you your security deposit when you leave, no matter how clean the apartment is. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.
