new management sucks

The Casa was a great place to live until the new management took over. They are the most unprofessional people that I have ever seen, with no management or people skills. What once was a closeknit community is now just two buildings full of people who want to move. I have overheard many of the tenants complaining over the dirty laundry rooms, unkempt property and overall demise of what was once a nice place to live. Should you complain or have a problem, don't go to management becuase they either are not there, will not answer, or will entice you into a verbal fight. They are like two school age children trying to do a grown up job. I am not given to personal attacks however these two are simply juveniles who seem to get off on a good "bar brawl". Perhaps they should be managing a trailer park somewhere. It would better suit them. After speaking to several other tenants we are contacting the owner to see what can be done. Hopefully they will be moving instead of us.
