FANTASTIC PLACE TO LIVE From: MARIAF08 Date posted: 1/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL, AND FIXES MY PROBLEMS ANY TIME I ASK. THE GROUNDS ARE BETTER KEPT AND THEY JUST RECENTLY REPAVED THE PARKING LOT - IT LOOKS GREAT. THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS DOING NICE UPGRADES - THAT THE PAST MANAGERS WOULDN'T DREAM OF DOING, IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH JUST GETTING ONE OF THE OLD MANAGERS TO EVEN FIX A LIGHT IN MY KITCHEN''' CASA'S TENANTS ARE NOW GETTING WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR (A REAL MANAGER: WHO'S HELP IS QUICK AND DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME - NOT JUST A PATCH JOB & A SECRETARY WHO IS FREINDLY AND VERY EFFICENT) AND IT IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR TO SUCH A PEACEFUL, AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE.
