I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE MANAGER HITS, BACK AND FORTH. I WILL ONLY STATE WHAT I THINK AND HAVE SPOKE TO MY NEIGHBORS ABOUT. MANY, MANY OF US FEEL THE SAME. CASA IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE WITH GREAT MANAGEMENT. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. I PERSONALLY BELIVE THAT THE MANAGERS ARE DOING GREAT THINGS HERE, INCLUDING CHANGING THE TENANT CRITERIA THAT IS ALLOWED HERE - AND OFCORSE I MEAN FOR THE BETTER. I BELIVE THAT THIS FACT IS WHY THEY ARE GETTING A BAD REP. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO MOVE, I DO SUGGEST CASA AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK AT ALL THE COMMENTS AND REALIZE THAT ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE QUITE THE SAME! IN STARTING WITH PAST MANAGEMENT AND THAT THEY ARE ALL FROM (Anonymous)I HAVE A FEELING THAT ALL OF THESE COMMENTS ARE FROM JUST ONE PERSON. THIS COMPLEX IS LARGE AND HAS MORE THAN 100 OF US TENANTS AND ONLY ONE MANAGER. YOUR BEST BET IS TO SEE THE PLACE FOR YOURSELF - THE GROUNDS ARE NICE, THE BUILDINGS AND POOL ARE KEPT NICE AND CLEAN AND THE LIGHTING IS SECURE. I WILL CONTINUE TO RENEW MY LEASE AND I WILL TELL THAT TO ANYONE - I DO NOT NEED TO BE(Anonymous) MY NAME IS BEN AND I AM AN ACTIVE TENANT AT CASA.

Ok Ben a.k.a. Mrs. Manager! Whatever you say. You seem pretty involved if you just moved here in 2008! How would you even know anything about "New Tenant Criteria" or anything to compare it to? Or anything about this place at all if you've only been here for 2.5 weeks? It's more than obvious by your verbage and typing signals that this is the same person, which is Mrs. Manager! You and your husband should manage a little better instead of wasting your time critiquing this place, that's us tenant's job. If you finally start managing a little then I guess you won't have to worry about the comments that are left on this site, will you? And if you're that concerned "Mrs.Manager" why don't you guys grow the balls and send a poll out to all your tenants on how they like this place and they can forward that --------------!!

Dear Ben, Thank God for all of the great things the management is doing here, such as changing the tenant "critera". Perhaps they could take a little money off of your rent so that you can afford a dictionary. Then when you do renew your lease at least you'll be able to hang with the higher caliber of people moving in. Maybe you should ask the person who helped you turn the computer on to go over all of the mistakes with you. I'd correct it myself, but I only get an hour for lunch.

i live at casa and think the apartments are great. very affordable, huge, and all have screened porches, the building is safe, the management keeps it clean. the only problem with the place is obviously the psychotic neighbors that have nothing better to do than sit around and write comments about hating the management. get over it! get out of their personal lives and get your own! everyone knows who you are anyway top right apartment if you are facing the building from 1st street. you are a spineless coward, spying on people, and anonomously complaining about everyone. if casa could get rid of you it would be great!
