I HAVE TRULY ENJOYED MY RESIDENCY HERE!

I just recently moved from this apartment complex to move into my new home that I purchased last month. I have enjoyed my time at Casa de La Rosa Apartments and did not see anything wrong with it. The managers ---- and ----- were always extremely nice and helpful. I think that they are very knowledgeable of their work and are well liked by the tenants there. I have had to have many things in my unit fixed like the a/c unit, a broken garbage disposal and leaky sink - which was all fixed by ---- the next day. ----- has returned all of my phone calls, she is nice and helpful-she even brings tenants their mail and packages even though she has an infant daughter that she has to bring along with her. I think that the grounds and landscaping of the property is very old and outdated but they take care of it very nicely, I seen ---- cleaning the pool, cutting the grass and edging the property all the time. The rent is very affordable- enough for me to have saved my money and bought my first home. The apartments are really large and there isn't any noise to speak of. If I did not buy, I would still be there and I wouldn't have any complaints. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

The above review was most likely written by ---- and ----- ----- as they have done this before. They are the worst managers I have ever experienced. They are not helpful and expect you to kiss their butts to get anything done. They are control freaks and are not nice people at all. Some of us checked and ---- ----- even has a violent criminal record and this was just in FL - we haven't finished checking the other states yet. The buildings are not clean and that especially includes the laundry rooms where they only occasionaly empty the trash. And how about our great smelling trash shoots - aren't they lovely. ---- ----- claims there is no way to clean them. How about a steam cleaner and some elbow grease? My wish for the -----s is that the trash shoots will soon be full of giant cockroashes which infest only the ----- apartment and reproduce with history making speed so there will be no way to eradicate them. ---- had a homeless man named ------------ (with no background check being done) living free in at least two different apartments for part of December 2007, all of January and most of February 2008. He did all of ----'s work including cleaning the buildings, cleaning the pool and doing the yard work. ----- put a small bit of leftover food in a zip lock container for him after he worked a ten/twelve hour day and many tenants saw him standing outside their apartment door waiting for them to answer as he had to return the container! He was a real boozer, smelled of booze and was seen bringing booze into the buildings many times. Let's just face it: ---- and ----- ----- are real losers. One of the tenants called the corporate office about the homeless man and ---- and ----- had the tenant evited. They have forced a lot of good tenants out of here for no good reasons. ----- does not return phone calls or deliver mail and/or packages. She won't even call you when a package is delivered. Most of the time they stay in their apartment (too lazy to do any real work) and can't be found. She will use the baby as her excuse for not doing any work for the next 18 years even though there are millions and millions of working mothers in the world. Well, since she crawled out of the Louisiana swamps maybe I can't expect too much from a swamp rat. What are they hiding from? What is -----'s real name and what is she wanted for? Why doesn't she have her other two children? Why isn't she paying child support? They could care less about the tenants - they only care about their free apartment and what they can get out of ----------, the owner. They both certainly suck up to ---------- and ----------- who works in the corporate. Of course we have seen ----------, an elderly man, who is probably eaisly conned. How about the sign on the pool about what the rent includes. This reeks of signs in the ghetto. I may be stuck here for a while longer but not forever. These people are really your basic rude, nasty, screaming low life and should never be managing an apartment building. I will soon be free of the ----- crap and when you see the light you will get out too. Don't be fooled!
