Its Ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Moving to Florida from San Diego, Im used to the price (900ish a month) but there were some disturbing points. Not real good notice on when you have mail. Solicitors were let into the gated community. The dogs would poo all over and very few people would pick it up. For the price, there should have been better parking ameneties (no covered, garages are an extra $100 a month), spaces not assigned and open.
