Coves of Brighton Bay

This place gone to hell since Joyce left. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Customer service went out the door when Joyce left. Unfortunately what remains seems to be little kiddies (early 20s apparently) trying to run a community. I'd like to give them an A for effort, but I can't. Since Joyce left, there has been NO community outreach of any kind. The maintenance crew are good people, and they try to get done what they have to do. The overall ground is pretty nice, but not as good as it was last year. The gate seems to be broken constantly. Door numbers are routinely stolen. I live on the quieter side of the complex (anything on the right hand side of the complex seemms to be quieter), so I can't complain much about noises, however the walls are pretty then and you can hear the upstairs neighbors do pretty much anything. Lastly, the rent is way too much for what I am getting. My lease is up at the end of the year, and can't wait to find something different to move to. If you require low maintenance effort from the front office, then you'll be fine here - especially if you're just staying for a short term. Its not a BAD place -- its just not a place I'm comfortable to call home.
