Coves of Brighton Bay

2 Month Review From: newenglander Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Here's the scoop for those who would like a realistic review of The Coves. I've lived in some of the most tropical areas of the country, insects are pests no matter were you live. Keep your area well maintained and clean and you won't have much of a problem with the insects. Parking can be a issue if you have multiple vehicles. You may be required to walk any where between 25 - 50 yards to your flat. I own a convertable and have no issues with theft. The Lease Agents have been friendly and helpful as required. There's been a few community events, haven't been able to attend, but they sounded like a great time to be had. Noise hasen't been much of an issue for me, and I tend to play my movies/music loud. I have had no complaints filed against me. I have heard the neighbors above me walking around, but noise is normal for an apartment complex as such. I do not agree with the valet trash, but it's become policy. The grounds are maintained well, there have been some issues with the security gate, but what do you expect with the amount of electrical storms there are in the area. For a community living area, there's not a lot of recreation available on the grounds. There's a pool and a medium size gym, neither are ever very busy. Car wash, laundry, services are on site, both are small limited facilities. Location is great when it comes to traffic and being located to community services (i.e. shopping, highway, city). I'm neither greatly impressed or depressed about my decision to live here. I hope my review helps you in your decision.
