PLEASE DON'T THEY WILL SCAM YOU From: TAWEETA Date posted: 9/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response THESE APARTMENT COMPLEX SCAMMED ME. THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A CHEAPER APARTMENT AVAILABLE SO WE SAID THAT WE WOULD TAKE IT. EVERYONE LIKES TO SAVE RIGHT! WELL AFTER THEY RUSHED US THRU THE PAPER WORK BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THE BASE WOULD HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION THEY GAVE US THE KEYS AND WE MOVED IN. WELL AFTER I GOT SETTLED IN AND I WANTED TO LOOK BACK OVER THE LEASE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY RENT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. SINCE I GOT THE CHEAPER APARTMENT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY 1024 BUT INSTEAD IT WAS 1165. SO WHEN I WENT TO CONFRONT THEM THE FIRST THING SHE TOLD ME WAS THAT "YOU" SIGNED THE LEASE. SHE TOLD ME THE REASON WHY THE APARTMENT WAS SO EXPENSIVE WAS BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR IT HAD POOL VIEW AND A LAKE SIDE VIEW. SO WHEN I ASKED HER HOW COME I WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I WAS SIGNING THE LEASE SHE HAD NOTHING TO SAY. SO PLEASE THINK THIS ONE OVER. IT ALSO INFESTED BY ROACHES I HAVE TO KILL A BUG EVERY DAY. AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOT A BUG PROBLEM. PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SAYS THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SUCKS

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU, THEIR STAFF IS EXTREMLY RUDE. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE AT FIRST BUT ONCE YOU MOVE IN THEY FALL APART. ID RATHER LIVE IN THE GHETTO!
