Coves of Brighton Bay

Nice Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived in the apartments for a year and half before breaking my lease to move in with my fiance now husband. I really enjoyed my apartment. I was on the third floor and had a view of the lake and somewhat of the pool. There was a fireplace although there wasn't suppose to be. The front office staff was nice at the time. Maintenance I never had a problem with. I did have trash all over when people would put it out the night before pick up. But when I called the front office it was cleaned up by the end of they day. The parking at the beginning wasn't bad at all. I had my one space I always used and it was always opened. Five months before I moved out parking became worse and worse. I just think that there maybe should be assigned spots because I would have to walk from across the complex at times and that would be a hassle when raining and all. Over all I enjoyed my stay there. The breezes were very nice.
