ok place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I like the inside layout of the apartment. Everything looks new inside. Staff usually nice but can be bitchy sometimes. Got something broken -they'll get it fixed quickly. Parking is bad though, We need signs that say resident parking only. I got a parking sticker stuck on my window because I did what everybody else does and park on the sides because there is no nearby space. They could have just given me a warning. Havnt seen anybody else get a giant sticker. The raccoons are bastards, they'll get into ppls trash and make lots of noise. Residents need to pick up poo from grass. I have to park a ways away and walk in grass to get to my apartment. Stupid ppl have to take their dogs out front to go and not in the back where ppl dont walk. My neighbors are nice. A few punk kids that rev their engines around the lot. grounds look mostly nice. Place seems to be safe. Take this place if you are in military, work on base or staying a short time. This turned out to be my favorite out of a dozen apts I looked at. I've seen a lot worse apartments.
