Coves of Brighton Bay

Friendly Staff and Good Maintence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived in the Coves for almost a year and have no complaints. The leasing agents have changed since I first moved in, but moving from out of state, my initial agents was EXTREMELY helpful and communicated very well with me about everything. The leasing agents now also do everything they can to make sure my roommates and I have our needs met. Things have broken in the apt, but if I call maintence, they are here to do they best they can that same day. Those who complain about roaches...it's FL. Those who complain about noise..it's an apt complex. Those who complain about parking...then go somewhere with assigned parking. The valet trash is definitly very convenient but messy. Putting my garbage on the trunk of my car was not fun, however the complex really cannot do anything about the racoons that linger. I am very grateful that I chose the Coves from an out of state move (I am not military).
