Yes about the raccoons From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I live here as well, and the person who wrote before is right about the raccoons. If someone gets bit by an angry raccoon, that's just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Besides that, I generally enjoy the community. Prices are a bit high for the area, though.
