Yep, raccoons again are a huge problem. The trash lids slamming in the middle of the night are annoying. Parking is inadequate. Maintenance has been timely. Rent prices are going up (cuz of all of the condo conversions in the area lately''')

not only are the raccoons a problem especially when you have small children, but the valet trash recepticals attract even more roaches. Not to mention the paper thin walls where I could listen to my neighbors not one but two dogs barking all night and listen to their alarm go off at 5:30am every morning.

I had huge problems with noise too when i lived there...my upstairs neighbor was a huge hip hop freak with a state of the art sound system...it was hell. downstairs was always yapping on his cell phone and i could hear every word at all times. ugh.
