If you like being awaken in the middle of the night to hear drunk people hooting and hollering, people fighting, inconsiderate neighbors, or parties going on, then this is definetly the place for you! Maintenance rarely comes around, we have roaches, racoons always dig in our trash, trash rarely gets picked up, bad mosquitos, the apartments are not very well insulated because we can hear everything our neighbors do, and the girls at the front office may be pretty to look at, but are seem to have nothing going on upstairs. Not to mention 2 rent increases within a year.

If you don't make the attempt to make the complaints known to the office, there's nothing they can do about the excess noise. It's an apartment building not a brick house, noise in inevitable to an extent. I'm on the first floor and have no issues with roaches. Clean your apartment. Read your lease and you'll see not to put trash out on Friday and Saturday evenings. Take the walk or short drive to the dumpsters on those nights. Mosquitos, hello...your in a tropical climate, what do you expect? Don't want to deal with Mosquitos, move to an arctic climate. 17 month resident, 1 increase in rent at re-newal of lease.
