Apartment is good....parking blows From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Overall the apartment is good. All the complaints you see are so riduculous becuase you are living in an apartment you will have the possibility of hearing the neighbor, you will have the possibility of bugs (especially in florida). Hello roaches come in from the outside from under the door, if you were infested you would know. And if it is that big of an issue and it isn't getting resolved why not actually call the city. But anyways the biggest issue that I can see with these apartments is the parking. If you come home right after work generally you will get a spot right next to your building, but if you come home and then leave good luck having a spot near your building. And then you have the jerks who decide that they aren't going to park in a spot but they pull up along the curb and either block the first 3 or 4 cars in or they block your view from other traffic in the complex. It wouldn't be so bad if many of the people weren't so inconsiderate to others. Overall it is a good place and I have no complaints with the apartment itself.
