Coves of Brighton Bay

Second Lease! From: desmo620mts Date posted: 12/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The summary says it all. I am on my second lease with the Coves and have had little to no problems. Parking can be an issue, and if you have two vehicles, pay the extra and get a garage; parking issue solved. I've moved from a second floor 2 bed 2 bath to a first floor 1 bed 1 bed. No complaints; both apartments were clean and spacious. It's an apartment complex, your going to have some sort of noise. If you can't handle the noise, buy a house. Racoons can be an issue, but management took care of that and placed locks on the valet trash boxes. USE THEM and lose the headache of having to clean up the mess. Let me just say if I was not happy with the running of the Coves, I would not have re-newed my lease for 13 more months. Rent with garage listed below.
