My fiance and I have lived here for a year now and are getting ready to renew our lease in February. We have a one bedroom, we pay extra a month to be on the 3rd floor (high ceilings) and on the conservation (no neighbors looking into your windows, plus we have a great view of tampa bay). Although rent is going up, it is not a big increase and is expected anywhere. We both have a car, a total of two and at one point had 3 cars, one of which we were trying to sell after we bought a new one. We have absolutely no problem with parking. In fact even on the weekends there is plenty of parking. The maintenance staff is very nice and are always happy to help you. The respond in an hour or so and the bug guys come and spray every time I request. They also frequently clean the breeze ways and pressure wash, which is very nice. The raccoons have been a problem with valet trash, but maintenance installed locks to keep them out and we havent had a problem since. They also keep the lawns looking very nice and are always working on them. The leasing staff is very nice and they helped us out when we first moved in (one of our keys was cut wrong). On a few occasions I have needed to use the fax machine in the office and they were always happy to help. The free Sunday paper is an awesome perk along with the area which is nice and close to everything. We have very quiet neighbors for the most part and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Aside from two specific bad neighbors in our building, both downstairs, thank God. One who has a cat they actually let outside and another bad mom who has kids that are always screaming, you can even hear them from down the hall sometimes! And she lets them stand behind your car when you are trying to back out. I understand this is not the complexes fault and it doesnt really affect us too much. Overall we have been extremely happy and would love to buy if they ever go condo!
