Happy to be out of there! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 photo   The staff treated me like royalty until I signed the lease. Then they were rude and could care less. The model I was shown was not representative of the apartment I got. When I arrived with everything I owned on the moving truck and movers waiting to unload, my apartment was filthy and there were problems that were NEVER corrected the entire time I lived there. The carpet was frayed, the cabinets were peeling, the A/C filters were so caked with dirt that there was no air flow, the lock was missing from the sliding glass doors and it was still missing the day I moved out... the list goes on. I was told to complete an inspection form upon moving in and to return it to them and they would correct any problems. NOT! When they didn't respond, I checked back and was told they weren't going to correct them. The form was just to protect me when I moved out so that I wouldn't be blamed for the problems. Other gripes - trash in the breezeway for days at a time, racoons, roaches, no place to park, excessive water and trash collection bill, ... I'm so happy to be out of there!
