I like it! From: crasher33 Date posted: 3/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I think the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful, especially Miss Ruggiero. Yes, there are raccoons, but if people bothered to use the little lock on the valet trash bins, the racoons couldnt tear up the garbage and slam the doors all night. It's not rocket science! I have never had a problem with parking either, and have only seen one roach on one occasion in the 6 months I have lived there. It can be a little noisy sometimes, but if you want total quiet, buy a house or rent in a retirement community! I love the layout of the apartments, and mine was clean and in excellent condition. They offer valet trash, workout room, dry cleaning service, free Sunday paper, and the grounds are well kept. My only teeny little complaint is that I wish the pool were heated. Anyway, I have lived in about 8 other apartment complexed since I moved to Florida, and this is one of my favorites. I plan to renew!
