Crescent Court has by far been the worst living living expirience of my life! ----- the 'Property Manager' makes me question the meaning of the word manager. He Manages little more then his ----- ------- and own civilian priorities. I lost my key in the park and he was MIA for days!! apartment unlocked when im not there, and when locked someone could just stroll in WITH THE MISSING KEY. I was charged 375.00 in all for this key, had to take time off work to meet 'his busy schedule' not to mention being demeaned and condescended IN EVERY CORESPONDANCE with this man. THERE BANK read the routing # wrong and the rent (that is automatically drawn out of your checking accnt) was not able to be taken out, I was charged late fee's when it took the a week after, and ME CALLING THEM to figure out what the problem was. I HAVE TERMITES, THE WATER IS MOSTLY JUST LUKE WARM AND BATHROOM/KITCHEN BOTH LEAK AND WASTE AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF H20. THERE HAVE CONSTANTLY BEEN THINGS MOVED AROUN MY APT. AND IVE COME HOME TO UNLOCKED DOORS!!! SOMEONE INVITES THEM SELF IN, AND LEAVE LITTLE BREAD CRUMBS BEHIND!

I strongly suggest finding a new place to look guys!! please dont fall for what SEEMS like a good deal! YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR! :(

I definitely could not agree more with the above statements.... I lived there sometime ago and also had termites and also found out there are several leins on these properties and some of the apartments dont have the proper permits to be rented out. ------- ------ who owns the property could care less about it and as for ----- ----- he is just a maintenance man and as long as they are collecting the monthly rent from you then they dont care but if u are one day late then they are so fast to threaten you with court papers or whatever they can think of. I have tired to take them to court several times for my money that was taken from my account in excess of my rent every month and its funny how they run to kansas or some other place in the country just to dodge getting any money back to you or talking to you in peson. This place by far had to be the biggest rip off and scam i have ever seen
