Our feeling is that the property manager here is not that experienced about the need to have an apartment be viewed as a "home" and not just 4 walls. The person is a young single woman and it strikes us that is might be hard for her to understand the meaning of "home" being where you live, even if it is an apartment as she is still young and maybe dating, etc. and not really settled down. Therefore, going to her with problems to be worked out to make your tenancy more comfortable if there is a need to does not always produce results because she is not capable by virtue of having no basic life experience about being settled down in life yet. She is still single and young-out and about- and no way understands that these apartments are "home" to many of us. So problems are poo-pooed when they should not be. Great rental agent but terrible apt. complex manger. Came across this site by accident while doing a search on something totally having nothing to do with aparments! That's the internet for you!

You should not judge someone just because of their age. Maybe she really just doesn't give a crap what you have to say not because of her youth, but because you bore her. ???? What do you think?

She's single so she doesn't understand family life? Or was it she just didn't cater to you? What, was she supposed to babysit your kids?
