Crosswinds Apartments

Great location & Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I've lived at Crosswinds for 2 years and think the location is great for shopping, dining, beaches, etc. The management staff & maintenance people are top notch and have always responded quickly to any question or problem. The pool is always clean, and the public areas are very well maintained. The only negative thing I could say is that the plumbing is terrible. There have been leaks, water main breaks, and other issues which caused the complex to be without water for several days, twice in the last year or so. They also did some repairs which caused the water pressure to drop significantly, but this is probably beyond the complex's control. All in all, Crosswinds is a great place to live while getting settled in the area, or for temporary housing for a year or two.
