This is the best thing about the entire experience there. Manager is not very helpful unless you "know" her. Keg parties going on with fights in parking lot. We were asked to move with very little notice because our dogs were over weight limit, but there were other dogs larger in the complex and one barked all day long for 3 months until we moved. I took my young daughter and friend swimming one night and a drunk couple were having sex in the hotub. My husband works as a nurse at night and he stopped by the pool soda machine for a drink early one morning and saw a couple going into the ladies room together. When we confronted the manager about all of this going on, we were told that she cannot control people and that was it. The building was a sick building too. Family sick with breathing problems and general sickness and very tired all the time until we moved out. We only met one neighbor the entire time we lived there. The others were not very friendly. If you want to party and be young, live here. The best thing about the entire experience at Crosswinds was Ralph, the maintenance guy. He is wonderfull.
