College Getto Style Living!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Manager doesn't care about much and has no controle over the complex. She lets the people she knows break all the rules and everyone else has to suffer. Grounds are pretty well maintained since the maitenance guys are out there 2 to 3 hours every morning picking up everyone elses trash. Stop by on a weekend and you'll see what I mean. Parties constantly going on and people continue to argue in the parking lot. No sleep matress is going to help you get some rest around here. It's becoming more of a drive in, drive out kind of place. Look else where for a nice complex because you won't find it here.
