When my family and I found these apts we loved them. It's a small complex, clean, and friendly staff. We moved in and everything was great, until the weekend. We unfortunately moved in underneath some young people who are into late night keggers. Needless to say this was unacceptable with two young children. We asked them to keep the noise down in the evening and for the most part they complied. I read some of the other posts about the partiers and stuff and how they went to the office, which is the problem. Go to the source. If your neighbor is causing you headaches, Tell them. Usually if you do it in a diplomatic manner people are sympathetic and understanding to your plight. IE; Hey guys, I know you're into partying on the weekends but could you keep it down after about 10 cause my kids are sleeping. 9/10 they're cool about it. Just because they are young doesn't mean they're inconsiderate. I only had to involve the office once because of noise, and it wasn't my neighbors, it was outsiders. At any rate.
I don't recomend this property if you have young children. There's no playground for them and very little for them to do besides the pool around here. If you aren't a parent, young or old, this is a great place to live. The maintenance staff is EXCELLENT Ralph is probably the best part about living at Crosswinds.
