Crack House.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived in this so-called community for a year and could not wait for my lease to expire. All of my neighbors were involved in drugs, (witnessed on many occasions), and were all involved in very noisy and violent evictions. If you are looking for a quiet community for you and your kids, this is not it. Also, the liability insurance requirement had me baffled, $120 per year.
