I hate this place they are nasty and seem to fall apart once you sign the lease. We had problems the very FIRST day we moved in which was April 1st and still continue to have problems till this day (Dec 6 2007). I wish we would have done a little more research on this place before we moved in. I wouldn t tell my worst enemy about this place (not kidding)
These apartments are so very over priced for the size. It's like living in a box. I hope who ever reads this will take my advice and NOT MOVE IN!!!

Overpriced? I just checked on Rent.com and they had 2 bedrooms for 705 dollars a month. What kind of problems did you have? Where they fixable? I am really considering moving there and it bothers me that you would trash the place and not be specific. I bet your neighbors are happy you left. If the apartment wasnt big enough for you then I understand, but you knew the size when you moved in. I'm moving from a studio because it's too small but that isn't my landlords fault, I wouldn't expect him to build me an addition!

Yeah the price of the place is low because nobody wants to move to that S**T hole! Our rent was 850 and was going to go up. Knowing your intelligent a** you probably did move in cus you didn't want to heave everyone’s warning. I had to move rather quickly, so no I didn't get a chance to see them. Oh and if you want me to go into detail- the fridge leaked water and was rusted, the neighbors TOILET poured not leaked but poured down into our bathroom and we had to BLEACH the entire bathroom because we have 2 small children. The second bathroom faucet was rusted so no one could take a bath in the second bathroom. Our bathroom in the living room leaked water into our son’s bedroom closet and there was mildew all in the closet and then shortly after that our son had breathing problems. Those white birds that are so pretty and fly all around the apartment always s**t on your car and leave BIG piles of their poop all over the place. Oh and those little black boxes around the apartment are not safe at all because they are poison traps left for the squirrels and what ever else small animal can fit into them. But what’s really sad is seeing the dead or almost dead squirrels lying all over the place. The Jacuzzi barely ever worked, the gym is always hot, you can here your neighbors up stairs having s*x and stomping around. Oh and to tell you the truth our neighbors where upset to see use go and where planning on moving too. We fond a condo by the beach with more room for only 900 a month. Oh and they are brand new so it's like living in luxury for almost free. Don’t have to deal with people like you or the nasty crack heads that will be sharing your community.
