Best place I ever lived!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 2 responses   The staff really seemed to be happy I was moving in. Also I liked how it was a small and quiet community. I had friends who lived in an Equity place before and you can give 30 days notice and move to any of their properties in the middle of your lease which is awesome since I have an upcoming job transfer. My neighbors came over and greeted me and even helped me move in! My last neighbors when I rented a house I didn't even meet till the day I moved out pretty quick. So far I have had a couple minor maintenance issues but they were taken care of. I love the dog park and have been out at night and haven't seen any drug use or anything crazy. Maybe that was a problem before but doesn't seem to be today. I would recommend this place to anyone. (except loud people) :)
