We have been living at the reserve since March, 2003 and we will find it hard to leave. Not only is the place quiet and peaceful but the surrounding community is growing in a very positive direction. A grocery store was just built right down the street and there is a beautiful walking path that is surrounded by Florida wildlife. The apartment company host holiday parties and are very friendly to deal with. If we ever find any issues, even small ones, the issue is fixed by the second day. The location is easy to Tampa, beaches and Downtown St. Petersburg. I'm a native here and this is the best the area has to offer at this time.
