Great Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived here for over two years, and while it has some annoying nuisances (parking and mail kiosks far from your actual building) I have to say this is by far the nicest apartment in the St. Petersburg area. It did take awhile for our names to get into the call box but the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The walls are very thick and I never hear anything from the apartments next door. The community is very classy and well maintained. I will live here for a long time - well worth the expense.
