Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   We transferred from Bay Isle Key and the problems started the day before we moved in. We were told that our deposit would transfer from Bay Isle Key, but that changed the day before move in. We were then told that we would be given 30 days to pay the deposits, but started getting threatening letters after 5 days. Parking was awful. Apartments were nice, but it took 1 month to get any response to the items on our move in checklist. They are very good at distributing notices, but not at returning calls. The front gate stayed open 24/7 the last month we were there.
