I really do not have any complaints so far. When i moved in and did the checklist the only issue i had was my bathroom fan was not working but the following monday, they came and fixed that. The complex is gorgeous, the gym is big and clean with around 15 machines(or so) and dumbells going up to 60lbs, and the pool is as clean as can be. You have gardiners here weekly keeping the landscape up and they spray for bugs every month. Ive been here 1 month now and have only had a couple bugs, doubt you can say that anywhere else in Florida. Its cool to see the lizards always running around 8)

Garbage pickup is 3 days a week which is really convienent, otherwise you can go and throw it in the trash compactor yourself.

The leasing agents are very nice and help you out when needed.

The security gate hasnt worked the past few weeks, but was working again today, so maybe its back in business.
Ill be getting my first monthly electric bill this week which im expecting to be $150, which is a bit steep in my opinion...The first bill i got was for 4 days and it came out to $5/day. We'll see...

Overall, you are deffinitly getting what you pay for, highly recommend.
