I think I would have thought twice about moving in had I read these reviews before hand, however I have had an overall good experience.
We moved in without a hitch, apartment was ready no problem.
I recently had a snake on my front porch and maintenance came over within 5 mins to chase it away.
The only problems I have had are the walls are really poor quality to hang pictures up in. I have some large very heavy pictures that I know won't stay up without extra support.
Also, we live on the ground floor and we can hear people running up and down stairs at night from our bedroom.

You know, it's funny that the review that may have swayed your opinion, were erased. This is a crock website. So what, someone in the office couldn't stand hearing that they weren't liked, or that they were doing a terrible job, ISN'T THE POINT OF THIS WEBSITE TO GIVE US, THE RESIDENTS, A VOICE? Guess not, someone had the most honest reviews erased. So, this is not so much Apartment Ratings as it is Fluffy stuff leftover after Management censors it.
