Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I have lived here for almost 4 years now. I love the convenience of the location! The management staff has been nothing but nice and friendly to me, but then again, I didn't have many reasons to deal with them. I was in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and my AC bill was only @120 during the summer, and 80 dollars during winter.
Everyone who I ever had over was impressed with the property.
If I would have to give one negative, it would be the parking! Not enough parking spaces at all! and now they began putting towing notices on your car if you park on the curb. I'm sorry, but if ALL, and i mean all of the parking spaces are full, where else should i park'' but that would be the only downside of living here
