I am someone who reads all these reviews in hopes that they are legitimate and can help me make an educated decision on where to live. I have moved from apartment to apartment for several years and am writing this review to help any of you who are looking for an honest opinion. I lived at Echelon at the Reserve for a year. Overall, I had a positive experience here. I liked the grounds, the pool, the tennis court, the location (close to Tampa and the highway), the valet trash pick-up, the apartment layout, and also the private entryways to the apartments. Parking is tight (depending on what building you live in), but even if I got home after midnight I could always find a place near my building to park. I could hear noise from neighbors (above me) rarely, but nothing bothersome (usually just a ābangā that sounded like something was dropped on the floor). Otherwise it is pretty quiet in the community. I did think there was limited storage space in our apartment. Thus, I would recommend that you choose your floor plan carefully and be sure you assess your storage needs before you commit to a place. We also had an issue at the beginning of the year where our air conditioner broke. The maintenance guy did not fix it properly the first time and had to come back which was a bit annoying. However, the apartment complex gave us a studio apartment to have until the AC was fixed. I thought that was decent of them. The staff is (in my opinion) no different then any other staff I have ever dealt with and I thought overall the office staff members were helpful. I hope this review helps any of you who are thinking of living here. Good luck in your apartment search!!
