Can't Wait Til Our Lease Is Up From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviews about this place going down hill. It used to be a wonderful place to live and we were very happy here for the first year, but that has all changed. New management took over and it's sad that these new people can even be labeled as management. They are rude, unprofessional, incompetent and lazy. To get any kind of response or action from the "managers" is next to impossible. There was only one leasing agent in the whole office that we felt cared about us as residents. The only professional and helpful staff member in the place, and we just found out last week that she has quit. The place has now officially hit rock bottom. Constant issues with the gates, trash all over the place, no parking, high energy bills for no reason, loud parties at the pool, rude staff, the list goes on and on. We can't wait until our lease is up so that we can find a new complex to call home. Do not be fooled by the exterior beauty and upscale neighborhood. Once you're actually here, it's more headache then it's worth.
