Echelon at the Reserve

never had an issue From: USFfan007 Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We have lived at Echelon for about 8 months now and can honestly say that we have never had a problem. The office staff was really friendly and worked with us as student and with our pets, Maintenance has been excellent and has been either on time or here with in 5 minutes of the maitenance request. Staff plans events on holidays and raffles (won a 75 dollar gift certificate for Boston Market on thanksgiving) give out breakfast at the gate on holidays or special occacions. Fitness center is awesome, pool is beautiful (closes at 11) Landscaping every thursday with out fail so the grounds are well kept, read a trash comment on one of the other reviews and the only time i've ever seen trash is when the local racoons get to the valet trash before they do. Rarely hear noise from my neighbors, occacionally here the lady above us playing her paino (pleasantly though). Parking is never in issue in our area, Dog area right in front, gates are inopperative once a month, but are usually fixed in a timely mannor. Beautiful Neighborhood, fitness trail around a lake and publix, banks and restaurant with in 2 minutes. Although it is a little pricey, it is a nice, quiet and well kept complex.
