I need to express what I believe is the truth of this site. It is for people who do not have the courage to express thier concerns in person. They hide behind the anomosity of the web and take shots in the backs of thier coworkers and the managers of the community. I am sorry that some people are feel so inferior that they must use this site to take thier shots.

Really, consider the source. Most of the people who write reviews on this site are the people who do not pay thir rent, are unreasonalbe and/or are disgruntled employees who got fired for being lazy and not caring.

I have no connection to this complex, but as a user of this site I think this comment is ridiculous. First of all, it does not follow at all that someone who posts here must not have said anything in person. Couldn't they have done both? This site is a very valuable resource for people like me looking to move to an area. Of course there are unreasonable people posting rabid comments and they should be ignored. But you can certainly get a feel based on the balance of postings about a complex. Based on you comment about people being afraid to speak up in person, you probably work for the management co., maybe you are upset that your reviews are generally poor. Maybe you should work to remedy the problems instead of hiding in denial and being defensive.
