I am thinking of moving into this apartment complex and I do not know much about the area, it seems that reviews are mixed. Anyone that can give me any information on this aprtment complex I would greatly appreciate. Especially if you are a current resident. Thanks!

Well, you won't get any of your deposit back, so be prepared for that. They won't tell you why, either. Other than that, it is a traffic noisy place, but the apartments are nice.

I lived there for about over two years and didn't have any problems except for leaky windows in the bedrooms. They can't seem to fix them and most of the apts have the same problem. Upon renewing my lease and mvoing into a larger apartment for about $1500 a month we discovered mold. They couldn't fix the situation, moved us to another unit. My son still couldn't breathe right. He had numerous asthma attacks still, so we later broke our lease, got totally screwed with over $2000 in fees. Besides that, we never had issues with management, maintenance or residents.

This is an overall great place. The people are friendly and the apartments are built well. I dont have any mold problems but Im in a second floor unit, if you dont like mold, dont rent a first floor unit and all I can say is welcome to Florda! It rains a lot in the summer and it is common EVERYWHERE. The comment "spoiled urban brats"...i'm guessing this is someone who is a little jaded that most of the residents here are young proffesionals...so Anonymous needs to get over it and maybe find a cheaper apartment.
