They never did a pre movein inspection prior to us arriving. toilet didn't work, painting needed finished, door would not shut, windows won't open, cabinet doors are not alligned, etc, etc. There is too many things to list here. They came out once and did some of the little things, but left a lot of things unfinished. 2 weeks later they still have not come back to finish the work. I am not happy.

i have noticed that lot of people don't realize that before you sign the lease to your "new" apartment, you should inspect the apartment FIRST!!!! I can't believe people actually move into apartment "sight unseen" you are not FORCED to sign the lease. if the leasing office refuses to show the apartment before you sign the lease DO NOT SIGN! If they show you a model and say this is how your apartment will look DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! View the actual apartment you will be living in first, then if everything is to your liking, sign the lease, if not, keep looking.
