I moved here from Texas 6 months ago.



I have a very nice apartment that looks over a pretty grassy area with a big screened patio. I have not experience any maintenace people yet. No problems for them yet. But the building is kept nice and clean and I always see them buzzing around.

I saw a message on the board from someone that lost food over the Thanksgiving weekend. I think I was in the office paying my rent went she was in there - they seemed real nasty and the manager Lori seemed like she did care. They said they lost 200 in food, and the manager asked why they told the guy there they lost $300 - they said it was closer to 300 and did not have a receipt. But come on 300 in food(yeah right)- seemed to me that she & another girl were full of crap. She told her to bring in this bag of lost food she said she had and this girl said (right after she got done saying she had bags to show) that she didn?t have them anymore.



Anyway I have had 2 dealings with Lori Rice the manager and I was helped and felt like she cared and she even went out of her way for me for one thing. I just renewed my lease for another year so that shows right there what I feel. The only problem I had is my car got towed because I wasn?t in a parking space. I was not happy about that but my own fault.
