Nice and rent is fair From: DWright Date posted: 4/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   They keep the place up & rent is not bad for what you get. Newer furnishings throughout & I pay $545 for a 1 bedroom. Nice that there is an elevator besides the stairs, Im on 3rd floor. The office people are pleasant and courteous. They had my air conditioner fixed within 3 hours 2 weeks ago. I about fell over, not like the dump I moved here from. I have been living here 5 months.
